Our inaugural sport leadership masterclass took place in Fota Island Resort on the 12th of December in front of a packed out room.  Over 240 people attended the event to hear from Jason Holland, Niamh Briggs, Harry McNulty and Mick Galwey as they took us through everything from managing disappointment to maintaining momentum and creating a professional environment.   James Colbert, host of Colbert has Company podcast, skilfully worked the room as he took questions from the likes of Declan Kidney, Michael Bradley, Diarmuid O’Sullivan and Ciaran Donaghy, to name drop but a few.  

Thanks to all who attended and especially those who sponsored tables, prizes and other items, and for Fota Island Resort for hosting.  Money raised is to go towards the building of a 4G pitch in order to secure proper training facilities for the next generation of Midleton players.
