Training is Mon and Weds 6.30 till 8. The team will play in a series of league matches and then a cup competition in Feb. registration can be completed through the team coaches and manager.

Saturday 6th, HOME fixture v Bandon RFC 11am ko.

First league game 20th Oct away to Dolphin RFC. The remaining fixtures will be posted soon.
